I Heart Fries

Visited this place two days in a row because the first time I went I couldn’t believe how good the food was. Everything on the menu is delicious, staff is very friendly and attentive and restaurant looked very clean.

We saw a lot of hype on your restaurant online that we decided to give it a try. Let me start with the service, it was awful. The waiter took too long to come and get our order. The food arrived, I asked for cilantro sauce and the waiters’s response was “we don’t have anymore inside and there’s none outside”. I am sorry but that’s not a proper response to a client, not even “I’m sorry”, or “my apologies” from her. The cilantro sauce is a very popular signature sauce eaten with so many dishes, what do you mean you ran out? The food wasn’t that great at all, the meat was very greasy and super skinny, not what we expected. Lastly, the waiter took too long to bring the check that we ended up going to the register to pay. And on top of that we got charged a service fee for a service we didn’t receive. Definitely not a great experience.

Place is an amazing restaurant Staff are very hospitable and always see them around taking care of guest, we met the owner as he is on top of his restaurant, very welcoming of his guest, everybody knows him (like a celebrity) taking care of the staff and guests Loved the Chicago burger it’s so goooooood delicious and the portion is above the standard The fries were super crispy and perfectly fried, the condiment available with wide range, heard the bowl are super good as well next time I will try it for sure It’s a must visit at the Westland mall or when you’re around!

I love coming here! The food tastes amazing and it's for a good price with the abundance of food they give. The servers are kind, my favorite is Jesus as he always treats my family and I well. It's usually a very calm restaurant with nice music, amazing food, and weekly promotions for food! Highly recommend coming here!

One of my favorite spots in Miami! This place offers incredible food at the best prices. Their concept is unique and deserves more recognition. The staff is also very friendly. If you're looking for a hidden gem with a great atmosphere and even better flavors, this is it. Highly recommended.

First I love fries so it might be a bias review the fries were crispy. My wife have a vegan burger and fries my son had the shrimp and fries and I have the columbiana everything made fresh oh yea also had a side of onion ring which was so good overall I would come again
